TERMS & CONDITIONS

These General Terms and Conditions are referred to herein as the “Terms”. They shall apply to the contractual relationship between Global Junior Golf US LLC and an individual registered as a participant in a golf tournament promoted by Global Junior Golf US LLC platform, under the Global Junior Golf® brand, comprising tournaments of the Global Junior Golf, 23 golfleague (here in after referred to as “Tournament”). Such participant(s) are herein after referred to as the “Player” or the “Players”). No addition to, or waiver, alteration or modification of these Terms shall be valid unless made in writing.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS

  1. A player wishing to play in a Global Junior Golf US LLC Event has to become a member of Global Junior Golf through website www. Globaljuniorgolflive.com
  2. Any application for a membership for Global Junior Golf is NOT handled by Global Junior Golf US LLC (“GJG US LLC”)and GJG US LLC is therefor not responsibility for acceptance as a member.

PLAYER TERMS

  1. The entrant of the tournament, herafter called the “Player” understands:
    1. that the nature of participating in a Golf Tournament involve risks and dangers of serious bodily injuriy including, but not limited to, permanent disability, paralysis ans even death.
    2. That these risks may be caused by the player’s own actions or inactions, as well as the actions or inactions by the player’s playing companions or by other persons on the course during the tournament.
  2. The player declares he/she is qualified to play in a golftournament. Further more he/she declares that he is in good helath and in proper fysical condition to participate in a golf tournament.
  3. Entering and paying for a golftournament organized by GlobalJuniorGolf US LLC can only be done through our website. The convenient use and payment though this website is subject to the terms of this agreement.
  4. Except where due to their gross negligence or willful act, Global Junior Golf US LLC, its board members and employees, assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever with respect to any loss of or damage to the Players’ property occurred during or in connection with a Tournament.
  5. Global Junior Golf US LLC does not accept any responsibility or liability resulting from entering and/or participating in a GJG golf event due to the nature of the sport. Examples of occurances may be, but are not limited to material damages of loosing golfballs or breaking of golfclubs, fysical damages by getting hit by a golfball or falling while walking a golfcourse or mental damages like the effects of winning or loosing while participating in a golf event.
  6. The player declares that he/she has read and fully understands the terms of this tournament and that he/she has given up substantial rights by signing it. He/She has signed it freely and without inducement or assurance of any nature and and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid, the balance, nothwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.
  7. Any contract between Global Junior Golf US LLC and a Player shall take effect and be construed in accordance with the laws of United States Federal Law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with such contract shall be heard, at a competent court in the state of New Jersey.
  8. The Player acknowledges the the cancelleation and refund policies as described in “Refund Policy” described hereunder
  9. It is a players responsibility to check any governmental restrictions in his home country or the country/state the player is planning on to play the tournament. GJG cannot give any info on travel restrictions as these may differ from country to country. Please make sure to inform yourself thoroughly, before you start traveling, that you are aware of any restrictions or guidelines opposed by the government due to the threat by Covid 19.
  10. The Player can not participate if not signed by him or, in case the player is a minor not signed by its parent or quardian 

PARENT/GUARDIAN TERMS

  1. The parent/guardian understands:
    1. that the nature of participating in a Golf Tournament involve risks and dangers of serious bodily injuriy including, but not limited to, permanent disability, paralysis ans even death.
    2. That these risks may be caused by the minors’s own actions or inactions, as well as the actions or inactions by the minor’s playing companions or by other persons on the course during the tournament.
  2. The parent guardian declares that the minor he/she represents is qualified to play in a golftournament. Further more he/she declares that the minor is in good health and in proper fysical condition to participate in a golf tournament.
  3. The parent/guardian willingly consents the minor to participate in the Golf Tournament, organized by Global Junior Golf US LLC.
  4. The parent/guardian is the official representant of the player. You acknowledge that the player is at least 13 years of age and that your are registering and signing on his/her behalve
  5. The parent/guardian declares that he/she has read and fully understands the terms of this tournament and that he/she has given up substantial rights by signing it. Has signed it freely and without inducement or assurance of any nature and and intend it tob e a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid, the balance, nothwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.
  6. The parent/guardian has read and understands the terms as specified under “Player Terms” and acknowledge the to be in place for the minor he/she represents.
  7. The parent/guardian understands that the minor he/she represents can not play in the golf tournament if not signed by the parent/guardian.

 

REFUND POLICY

  1. In the event that a Player, after having registered for an individual Tournament, cancels his or her participation after the entry deadline (please check info sheet of respective tournament) or fails, without cancellation, to appear at the Tournament, the registration fee paid shall not be reimbursable, provided, however, that 40% (forty percent) of the registration fee paid shall be reimbursed to the Player on presentation of a doctor’s certificate, if the cancellation or non-appearance is due to medical reasons. This exception is only applicable until 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations due to medical reasons are not accepted if they are within 7 days prior to the Tournament. No refund will be done in that case.
  2. In the event that a Player, after having registered for an individual Tournament and has paid the Entry Fee in full, cancels his or her participation before the entry deadline, the Entry Fee will be refunded with a deduction of a handling fee of $ 50.00
  3. In case the tournament will be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstance when the tournament has already started no refund will be made (The official practice round is defined as start of the tournament). The host Global Junior Golf US LLC or Global Junior Golf are not liable for any cost involved with the cancelation of the tournament. Examples of an unforeseen circumstance are, but not limited to an unplayable golfcourse, epedemics, serious dangers to course and players, or cancellation by law information.
  4. In case the tournament will be shortened, due to weather conditions, no refund or partial refund will be made. The host or GJG are not liable for any cost involved with the cancelation of the tournament.
  5. There never is any refund on the yearly membership fees with Global Junior Golf.

OTHER TERMS

  1. Information by Global Junior Golf US LLC regarding hotels or other accommodation that may be booked by Players during a Tournament is given for convenience purposes only. Global Junior Golf US LLC does not act as agent of or broker for the hotel or other accommodation, and does not enter into any contractual relationship with a Player in this regard. Party to the contract for accommodation will be the Player only, who shall be responsible for reservations, changes to and cancellation of reservations, as well as for settlement of the respective hotel or other accommodation bill.
  2. Shuttle services and other transportation, if any, such as, but not limited to, airport transfers, are offered by courtesy of Global Junior Golf US LLC makes no warranty, either express or implied, as to the continuous availability or timeliness of such services, and shall have no liability whatsoever for or in connection with any non-availability or delay of such services. For instance, but not limited to, costs for alternative transportation, additional overnight stays, rebooking of air or other transportation, etc., caused by such non-availability or delay, would have to be borne by the Player.
